It was sooooo good! Dough was home-made. Not quite what I want but I'm definitely on the right track to perfecting the recipe. So what's Oppo having for dinner?

Pizza, now that you've reminded me I haven't made pizza in a while.
Unless you deliver, that is.

We did that a couple nights ago. So much better than frozen or any delivery around here.

Suggest more pepperoni overlap. Also, the dough/crust is key. It's the foundation, everything else extends from that one single perfectly done ingredient (imo. I have friends that just heap good things on crappy crust - I eat it, but I know it could be *perfect.*) m
Keep going. It's important to perfect 4-5 recipes so they are irresistible. Learned that on Robert Rodriquez's 10 minute cooking school talking about Puerco Pibil from "Once Upon a Time in Mexico." Banana's Foster and Caesar Salad are two of mine.

Exactly. Definitely the best crust I've made to date. People like it but I know it could be better. I also think the cooking method it partially to blame. I probably need to invest in a pizza stone which may cook better than the pans I'm currently using.

Pizza stone's rock. Get a good one. More thermal mass, more better. Keep some good quality corn meal to sprinkle onto it for no that authentic pizza toast. (Dunno why I said that, but it's what I used to do in my 1950's Wedgewood when making pizza.)

Very information. Much useful. Wow.
Nope its a recipe that my grandfather had given me. And my family likes the cheese practically burnt.
